A distinction should be made between legality and the norm.

In France, as in Europe, there is no legislation limiting the sound level of indoor sirens.

On the other hand, outdoor sirens may be subject to prefectural ordinances, particularly regarding their volume and duration of operation.

From a regulatory standpoint, conventional alarm systems are generally limited to 105 dB indoors and 115 dB outdoors.

Only the speakers are discreetly embedded and distributed throughout the various areas to be protected.

This configuration allows the system to remain fully operational, while making it much more difficult to identify during a search.

This specific solution is offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the site configuration and installation constraints.

The suitcase solution: invisible until the very last moment

Sometimes the simplest solution is to hide everything from view.

In this configuration, the suitcase-sized sound cannon remains stored in a secure storage area or room during business hours.

Burglars conducting a reconnaissance mission see only a standard security system: cameras, motion detectors, and a traditional alarm.

When night falls, the suitcase can be set up in a matter of seconds on a pre-installed mount, or simply placed in the area to be protected.

The intruders then find themselves facing a system whose existence they were completely unaware of.

  • seismic sensors.

In the event of radio alarm jamming, the detectors connected directly to the continuous-tone siren continue to provide detection and enable the system to be triggered automatically.
