About Us

Qualiforce is a French company that has specialized in the manufacture of pepper spray alarms and anti-intrusion sound cannons since 2019.

We adapt technologies from the riot control sector to help our clients protect themselves against burglaries committed by organized gangs.

Manuel Alves

Manuel Alves, 66, a former manufacturer of parking meters, has been chief engineer and production manager at Qualiforce since 2024.

José Gomez

José Gomez, 40, is a former engineer with the Toyota Group. José has been the production manager for electronic circuit boards at Qualiforce since January 2025.

Sound Card Testing

The sound cards were developed by our engineer, José.

He is responsible for sourcing components and managing their placement on circuit boards at a factory in Porto.

Once received, each card undergoes a series of individual checks and tests before being installed in our machines.

Continuous Improvement of the Software Interface

José regularly updates the software interface of our circuit board to meet new operational needs and our customers' specific requests.

Pre-wiring of Components

Before any assembly phase begins, a female operator pre-wires all the components needed to manufacture our systems.

This step makes it easier to integrate the speakers, circuit boards, and various components inside our enclosures.

Assembling the components in the enclosures

Once the pre-wiring is complete, Manuel, our chief engineer, proceeds to integrate and assemble the various components inside our enclosures.

Final test before shipment

Before any shipment, Manuel or one of our operators performs a final functional check on each device.

This validation phase ensures that all components, electronic features, and acoustic systems are functioning properly before the product is packaged and shipped to the customer.

No product leaves our premises without undergoing this final inspection.
